Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

This eko finding is not concerning about anything serious, and has no clinical significance, especially
if the other eko findings are normal.

Anyway, I would recommend follow up with cardiac ultrasound every 12 months in order to examine for possible progression.

I would also recommend to closely monitor your blood pressure values and treat high blood pressure if present, in order to prevent further progression of regurgitation.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
