i have talessemia minor
i plan travelling XXXXXXX
can i go to places of 3,000-4500 meter high?
sleeping will at 3000-3500 meter high
but we will pass places at 4500 meter high
can you recomend of minimum time to stay at every hight
my hmg rate is between 10-11
