Is Unprotected Sex Safe While Having Nexplanon Birth Control?

Question: My girlfriend had the birth control nexplanon inserted about 3 months ago and we have sex very regularly. I also use withdrawal. But last night i think i might have ejaculated a little before i pulled out and its got me worried. Should i be worried? Or is this something that is ok to happen? We do not want kids for a long time, and i need to know if i should buy the plan B pill or not. If you could reply as soon as possible i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
