Is Unusual Tiredness After Insect Bite A Symptom Of Lyme Disease?
Question: Can I possibly have Lyme Disease? I was bitten by an insect and a few days later I am feeling quite unusually tired.

As you told insect can you tell exactly it was tick, mosquitoes or something else? Do you have any other symptoms? Lyme disease is caused by bite of an infected tick. The first symptom is usually a rash, then fever, headache, muscle and joint aches, stiff neck and fatigue. You may take ELISA test for establishing the diagnosis. Antibiotics can cure most cases of Lyme disease. The sooner the treatment better is recovery.
