Is Vaginal Spotting Normal After Taking Unwanted 72?

Please provide information and consider these explanation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern I will definitely help you in best possible way but before that I need certain information for better assessment of situation.
Whether she is having regular periods before that?
What is her duration of bleeding and cycle?
Is it heavy bleeding or just spotting?
Irregular periods warrants detailed evaluation to establish a cause for underlying disease.
In my opinion she should consult a gynaecologist immediately for blood investigations or an ultrasound if need be.
just for your information; she didn't need to take the pill as you had sex during safe periods
Little bleeding is normal after taking unwanted 72 but if it persists or increases please see her doctor immediately
Please write back to me if you have anymore doubts, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes

Ans. 1. Her period was never regular. sometimes it becomes late from 7 to 10 days from the due date or else it occurs earlier 3 to 4 days before the date.
Ans. 2. Most of the time the cycle goes beyond 30 days whereas sometimes the cycle begins on 28-29 days. And cycle of bleeding normally runs for 6 days.
Ans.3. Now the bleeding is not heavy but a little bit though more than just spotting
Thank you again and would wait for your final answer.

Hello
Thanks for your reply
Irregular periods at this age warrants detailed evaluation this can be caused by gynaecological as well as diet and psychological reasons
In my opinion she should see a gynaecologist if she is having this problem during every periods
Since I can't physically examine her to get more clues I would advise her to consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like Blood for hemoglobin, CBC Liver and thyroid function test urine culture and an ultrasound to establish a cause of irregular bleeding.
She should not take any medicine without consulting a doctor
ask her to maintain good hygiene
Multivitamins and iron supplements if she has lost significant amount of blood.
Hope this answers your question
Please don't hesitate to ask for if you have anymore doubts I will be happy to help you

Chances of pregnancy is less likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Chances of pregnancy is less likely but cause of bleeding can't be ascertained based on this information only.
Prolong bleeding is also a matter of concern it may be lead excessive blood loss or anaemia.
so please follow these advise
You can allay her anxiety by an urine pregnancy card test (UPT kit) which can be done at home to rule out pregnancy.
complete bed rest is recommended until she goes to a doctor.
She has to see a doctor as soon as possible because it's 4 th day toady and it can be dangerous.
Hope this answers your question
wish you both good health
