Brief Answer:
Difficult to predict authentically about results of Vasectomy reversal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,

Normally after vasectomy anti sperm antibodies are formed in body which kill the sperms.

Results of the vasectomy reversal depend upon following factors
1) Time elapsed after Vasectomy
2) The method of vasectomy performed by previous surgeon ,whether Vas was just ligated or Severed .
3) Amount of dissection required for anastomosis of both the severed ends of Vas
4) Vascular supply of the Vas .

It is very difficulty to predict about the results of the surgery as regards ones ability to impregnate his wife .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
