Is Vigorous Exercise Advisable While Suffering From Heart Palpitations?
Question: I am concerned that my heart may be experiencing some stress:
When I undergo stressful situations including vigorous exercise then in the evening when I try to sleep my heart will pump very strong & I get awakened by that sometimes.
Also when I awaken in the morning I can feel my heart pumping strong.
3. My question is the following.. Should I continue to engage in vigorous exercise?
4. Should I push my limits or back off & exercise less?
5. Will these symptoms subside if I build endurance or am I putting my heart at risk?
6. My heart was tested last year by cardiologist who said I was fine

Brief Answer:
Please, find the detailed answer below
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
If you underwent cardiac tests and they were normal, then no rigorous exercise can cause any harm to your heart.
But if you have complaints during some exercise, it means that your heart is not trained for such exercise.
I would advise you to decrease the level of hardness of exercise and try to increase it slowly therefore your heart will get trained slowly and you will have no complaints after some time.
Take care
