Is Vitamin D Level Of 13 A Cause For Concern?

Question: 4 Years son is having cpk level of 12000 and SGPT 751 and SGOT 1000. doctor suspecting symptoms of muscular dystrophy however blood for gene test MLPA is negative for DMD , Problem - need knee support while standing and difficulty in stairing up.

DMD needs confirmation with muscle biopsy and general testing for detection.

DMD gene test for Blood is negative , His vitamin D level is 13.

Basis the report enclosed ..is DMD is conformed ? I need your advise.
