Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Read your query

The best water remains the one close to the pH of the body.

Some people have researched and introduced the concept that Kangan water (with high pH) is better. But most docs find the proof inconclusive.

In fact if you think about it, the stomach has acidic pH. Now if you suddenly add alkaline pH to it, the acid will be neutralized, and digestion of food will be affected.

Besides, body has a way of maintaining pH (slightly alkaline). Added alkaline fluids may disturb the balance.

So i would suggest that you can try it, but carefully

Best of luck
