Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good day.
Welcome too health care magic.com.
I understood your question. Your symptoms are very common in hypothyroidism. However, these symptoms are also seen in many other situations.
Your test reports seems normal. Unfortunately you hae not provided the units of values and the normal reference range. The test results vary based on the method used and it is umportant to know that. Your TSH is 2.240 and i presume that is uIU/L . In that case, it looks very normal.
Could you please attach the blood report ? or write to us with the report and normal values gven in your lab ( this may vary from lab to lab).
Regards
Binu

Thyroid profile is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for providing the details. It looks completely normal.
We need to look for alternate causes of your fatigue and other symptoms. Ae you still having regular periods or in menopause?
Menopausal changes are often dramatic and hormone variations can cause tiredness, mood changes, depresssion/anxiety, weight gain etc.
Anemia is another condition to be ruled out. Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiencies also can cause these symptoms.
Diabetes is another importan condition to be ruled out
The tests which i recommend are,
1.CBC, ESR
2. Liver function tests
3. Serum creatinine and Urea
4.Urine Routine
5.Vitamin B12
6.vitamin D
7.Fasting blood glucose.
I must also say that depression is aother common cause of these symptoms. Do you think you have depression at all ?

Binu

Hello
Detailed Answer:
Okay.
During hysterectomy, uterus is removed. However, the ovaries continue to produce hormones until around 48-50 years. During the natural age of menopause, ovaries will cease functioning and that will bring out menopausal symptoms ( even if you had hysterectomy).
Fibromyalgia is chronic and cause fatigue. Fibromyalgia responds very well to DULOXETINE. It is a drug used for depression. However, it is also used in Fibromyalgia and will improve symptoms like fatigue. Vitamin D replacement and gentle stretching exercise/yoga also may be beneficial in fibromyalgia.
Apart from Fibromyalgia, we need to rule out other common conditions like anemia , Vitamin D deficiency etc as mentioned earlier and it may be worthwhile doing those tests mentioned earlier.
