Brief Answer:
Depends on the cause of fever
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
It is not the degree of fever but the cause of fever that should be a guide to the exercise that may be carried out. Light work out is okay if the cause of fever is a viral infection.
Take care

Ok thank you. My legs are achy and my throat is hurting.
Brief Answer:
Sounds like a viral URTI
Detailed Answer:
It sounds like a viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Do you have any cough as well?
If not, take 2 tablets of paracetamol and gargle your throat with salt water. You may use Betadine or any other antiseptic gargle also. If the fever lasts more than 3 days you would require a blood count to decide on antibiotics.
You can do light work out but remember to have plenty of lukewarm fluids.
