Brief Answer:
Normal for such wound

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
there was big skin defect covered with rotational skin transplant and obviously part of wound was left to heal secondary. the bottom of wound in such cases is covered with granualtions which are first whitish or yellowish and then become reddish and after 4 weeks it will become fibrous tissue. so this is expected, you just need to be patient. Wish you good health.Regards
