It Hurts To Walk On My Foot Much Or Touch

Question: It hurts to walk on my foot much or touch this particular spot on my foot. what is this and how do I get rid of it?
Brief Answer:
May be bone pain or muscle sprain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history it may be bone pain or muscle sprain.
For that you can take tablet motrin (Ibuprofen) 400 mg every 6 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally. This medication would be available over the counter. You can apply hot pads.
Please let me know do you have history of injury or trauma to feet, sprain, redness or nodule like corn?
In that case you may require X Ray feet after orthopedician consultation.
Along with that use cushioned shoes. Don't walk bare foot.
Let me know I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale.

pretty sure it's not a bone sprain. it feels like it's in the muscle. you can see a weird spot on the picture I provided. I think I injured the bottom of my foot. i have had this for awhile and it does not appear to be going away without treatment.
