Brief Answer:
Repeat the test after 3 months of exposure.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Cgrimes,

Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.

HIV RNA test after 8 weeks, 4th generation HIV Ab/Ag after 50 days and rapid HIV test after 60 days of sexual encounter are negative which are considered more than 95% reliable and conclusive but to be 100% sure you have to get tested again after 3 months of exposure because the window period for HIV infection varies from 15 days to 3 months. If still you want to clear any thing please write to me again.
