Brief Answer:
Could be pinworm infection, eczema or diabetes related

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and itching in the anus could be due to pinworm infection, eczema related or due to diabetes in some individuals.
I would recommend you to take tablet albendazole 400mg once daily for 3 days along with antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Also keep the area dry and clean, wear cotton underwear and stay in cool airy environment.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Thanks for your prescription.
Report of blood sugar fasting 79mg/dl.
And I have already taken albandazole for two days but no relief. Is there any alternative medicine.
