Question: Hi, I feel like I have poo in me all the time, I go regular ( normal) but the stools are soft and smell ( worse than normal)bad. They float too. They are a bit lighter color than normal. I feel like I need to get more out, but none comes.
My anus feels itchy often, and I feel bloated most of the time, stinky flatulence too. No blood in toilet.
Do you think I have cancer, I'll be 42 in July I'm male

It seems you have developed infective collitis

It does not appear to be cancer

I would suggest you give up contaminated meals and drinks

Add a probiotic twice a day for seven to ten days

If need be go for stool examination and take antibiotics as er the report

Usually junk food is contaminated to lot of environmental bacteria and passes through different hands so medically we feel it is contaminated
