Thanks for posting your query to XXXXXXX Your problem relates to few underlying causes.
1. Tight or ill fitting shoes
2. Fungal infection like athelets foot
3. Bacterial infection
4. Occlusion of sweat and maceration.
The exact cause could be determined after clinical examination
You may use for temporary benefit the following
1. Keep the area dry and clean
2. Use anti fungal dusting powders un the day.
3. Preferably put powder in the socks
4. Steroid creams like hydrocortsone cream at night for two weeks
5. If itching is present use antihistamines like cetrizine at night
If not better consult your dermatologist
