I've A Whiteness On My Tongue Along With A Headache

Oral candidosis not related to headache.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear , welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you are suffering from oral candidosis that is a fungal infection of mouth caused by candida albicans. If you recently used to much antibiotics for another condition it may have caused it.
You can attach a photo in reports for me to see the lesion.
You can use antifungal lozenges three times daily. If lozenges do not work then tablet fluconazole 200 mg a day for a week can be tried under your doctor's guidance.
The headache is not related to this but may come from any other conditions.
Do you have any other symptoms like neck pain, or vision problems or fatigue or family history of migraine?
Further information is needed to evaluate the headache causes.
Hope I have answered the question.

For the head I had sore throat and a little weakness/tiredness for a while whack is gone now
Maybe a viral infection or flu is causing headache and tiredness.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again. Yet I can't see a photo. You can attach it at reports.
The headache together with sore throat and tiredness and weakness may be a sign of viral infection or flu.
Also I would suggest you to do a total blood count to check for anemia and ferritin. Maybe it is necessary to take iron treatment.
You can take any antinflammatory drugs such as advil for headache.
