Question: I've been dealing with this since Nov 2018...intense itching and pain and is comparable to burns in look and feel. Always flares in same spots. Seems to get worse in colder weather but flares with heat and sweating. Has been life altering and I have given up on going to doctors, dermatologists and allergists.
Brief Answer:
Urticarial vasculitis or fixed drug eruption, answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
There are few possibilities: either urticarial vasculitis or fixed drug eruption.
Both are kind of allergic reactions.
I need to ask you few questions:
After how much time the rashes disappear?
Have you noticed the appearance of these rashes after any medicine or food intake?
Do you have any other ailments or taking any medicines?
Meanwhile take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg thrice daily for 5 days.
If it doesn’t improve with antihistaminics you need to take a short course of oral steroids.
