Question: Ive been having excessive white/clear muscus draining down my through for about a year now... What could be the problem?

Hii. I think you are suffering from allergic rhinosinusitis. This is inflammation of the nose and sinuses along with throat due to some allergy or some acid reflux. The allergic inflammation cause mucus to be generated. You should consult an Ent surgeon. Get an endoscopy of the nose and larynx done to see whether there is any nasal polyps or adenoid gland present or not. It will also help to see the larynx whether there is any gross disease of the voice box or not. Start nasal saline spray solspre to clear the mucus. Start some pantoprazole tablet to decrease the acid reflux and generate mucus formation. You can take some antiallergic tablet to decrease the allergy. Drink more water. Take less tea, coffee, spicy food. Do a x ray paranasal sinus to see the condition of the sinuses. Continue these medication and review if you have any queries.
