I’ve Been Having Frequent Urinating And Sometimes Irritation In My

Question: I’ve been having frequent urinating and sometimes irritation in my penis after urinating. I’m in Michigan and seems impossible to get an appointment with a urologist. I had what I thought was my first UTI in August, I received a prescription from a telahealth doctor and after 5 days of Bactrim it went away completely. I had no symptoms at all and Then after 90 days in October I got the exact same symptoms again, via telahealth doctor I was put on 30 days of Bactrim and it hasn’t went away. Now I started getting mild pain above pelvic area around the belt area? And I’ve had some clear discharge from my penis a couple times, once during a BM. I also have seen this discharge in my urine which I’m assuming is in my urethra and just comes out with urine? Wondering what this is, those are my only symptoms. I did have urinalysis which were negative and didn’t show bacteria, a non contrast ct scan for stones which only showed a Peripelvic renal cyst. I also did a kidney and bladder ultrasound which were normal other than the 5.9cm Peripelvic renal cyst.

With the symptoms being almost identical to the ones I had in August could this be the same condition but not getting treated this time? I’m so confused and worried. Could the first infection have caused something that’s not bacterial now?

I also am not sexually active and had negative std urine tests.
