I've Been Having This Issue For A Week Now, It
Question: I've been having this issue for a week now, it always happens when I try to sleep at night. When I lay down and close my eyes, I start having a tension around my head that instesifies quickly. I feel it especially around my forehead and where the T zone is, I can actually feel and hear some pocking (like bubbles) in that area. In a few seconds all this feeling spreads to my entire body and I have to stand up, open my eyes and lift my head to make it go away. However, as soon as I try to get back to sleep, it happens again. This goes on for our every night. During the day, I feel my head heavy and tired.
