Question: I’ve been having this tick my whole life where I would mimic or repeat myself talking (palilalia).
Autism runs in my family; my little brother was diagnosed with it.
Is this a form of autism?

In my opinion, the isolated symptom of tick does not qualifies for autism.
Autism usually has whole spectrum of symptoms including problems in communication and social interaction and oddities of behaviour.
