Brief Answer:
Yes you can take both if needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
There is no major intraction between metformen and naltrexone, so there is no harm to use both at the same time if they are needed.
However naltrexone is not first line drug for iregular periods and is not commonly used .But if your have been prescribed this, you can take it with metformen .
While there is no harm in using both , Many time people dont need more then one drug for irregular periods , so you can discuss with your doctor if one drug work for you , it's always better to avoid two.Bit if needed , you can use both.
During treatment with naltrexone , opiods use should be strictly avoided .And we genrally recommend to chek liver functions test during treatment with naltrexone .
Hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to ask anything else you need to know. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. kind Regards Dr Rahman.

Brief Answer:
These are drugs used for severe pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi ..
opiods are group of drugs which are used for moderate to severe pain ..They include a number of drugs like tramadol, nalbutrin, morphine etc

Infact your doctor would know that. You just need to inform your doctor about your current drug .
