Question: I've been well, tingling/pins and needles gone from T5-T6 area, I continued to ice/heat for a few days. Yesterday, I had a new stiff lower/mid back pain below my usual previous/chronic pain which seems to be back to it's normal. This is new and felt like muscle. Last night I had a shooting hot electric pain in my right leg above the ankle on the inside, Pain was short lived and happened a few times. I've had this before in arm. My MRI (before accident) didn't show any signs of bulges or compression (except for mild impression on spinal cord). I'm thinking just inflamed? The pain is short lived. continue ice/heat will be ok?

Brief Answer:
Hi yes u should continue local therapy

Detailed Answer:
hi, yes I think continue with the local measures.
try doing gentle exercise for your back and legs in order to get rid of these pains.
icing should help.
pregabalin or gabapentin may help if these are more pronounced.
please take supplement for calcium, vitamin d and b 12 in case you are deficient in the same.
regards
