The answer is given below
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
It's unusual to have so much acidity only after spicy food. consumption of pain killers or some types of pills are known to cause such symptoms due to esophagitis (swelling in food pipe).
But your symptoms seem to be acute and severe with difficulty in swallowing.
Worthwhile getting an endoscopy done if services are available and accessible to ascertain the cause. It will guide in knowing the duration, type of treatment and long term planning too.
Meanwhile, try the following things:
1) take Razo-D 1-0-0 and Razo (not Razo-D) 20 mg 0-0-1
2) Don't sleep or lie down 2 hrs after meals
3) Take a soft and liquid predominant diet
4) Drink water at least 1 hr after food (with meals take the minimum required only)
5) Avoid pain killers, tea, coffee, aerated drinks, smoking, tobacco, alcohol, stress if any.
6) avoiding stress will help in the long run too.
Hope this answers your query.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
