Question : I've found that the Fexofenadine that I take for allergies also causes insomnia. Is there an alternative to Fexofenadine which will not cause insomnia?

I read your query and here is my advice.

Insomnia is a rare side effect of fexofenadine and unfortunately it is happening on you.
You can use cetirizine instead because it doesn't have that side effects of insomnia and has the same antiallergic effects such fexofenadine.
Cetirizine is an antihistamine as fexofenadine.
Also another alternative is loratadine.
You can use citerizine or loratadine once daily as fexofenadine.
