I've Had A Lymph Node In My Neck. Last Year It Got Swollen From Tight Braids. My Menstrual Came On And It Went Down And Never Bothered Me Again My Doctor Told Me Not To Worry. But I Am Should I Be?

Question: I've had a lymph node in my neck. Last year it got swollen from tight braids. My menstrual came on and it went down and never bothered me again.
Recently I've been under a lot of stress at work. I got a pain in my back like needles were shooting something through my veins in lasted about 10 seconds and was gone. All of a sudden my throat start hurting and I came down with flu like symptoms. My lymph node swelled up by the next morning. I was given antibiotics (Amoxicillan) and it has went down but I still feel a lil dizzy at times and I get pains in my head very seldomly. It also hurts when I turn my head at times. I also feel pressure behind my right ear on the side where the lymph node is. All of the symptoms I'm referring to normally appear when I'm under a lot of stress and/or tired. However my right arm seems weak at times and hurts. Sometimes I feel perfectly normal. I'm also moving my bowels a lil more often than usual at least twice a day. I'm nervous my doctor told me not to worry. But I am. I thought all of these symptoms would go away when I finished the antibiotics that was 4 days ago. I feel a lot better the running eyes are gone, the cough is gone but I still feel dizzy and my head feels heavy at times.

Thank you. I also have a lot of soreness in upper right neck where the lymph node is. Especially when I wake up. when I'm turning it from left to right. What can I do to relieve this pain and soreness? I constantly feel the effects from the lymph node swelling even though it has went significantly down. I can't this tingling right under the front of my neck and across my throat/chest area. I don't think the infection is completely gone.
How long should it take to work itself out my system and I seem to have an upset stomach right before bowel movements. My stomach is constantly feeling queazy in the morning.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Hot compress
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You can apply hot compress in the area of the lymph node.
It usually takes a week of time for the antibiotic to work
As you are taking antibiotics it is causing the upset stomach
Just add probiotics along with antibiotics and everything will be fine
Nothing to worry
Regards
