Question: I’ve had a pulse I can feel all day and sometimes it’s located in a specific area like stomach or a specific spot in back of my head. I can also feel my pulse in my feet and arms. My heart rate and blood pressure are normal and my heart itself doesn’t feel like it’s racing. Could hunger or being over heated cause this?
