I've Had Continuous Diarrhea For Several Months, Several Times A

default
Posted on Fri, 10 May 2019
Question: I've had continuous diarrhea for several months, several times a day and it is always changing in color, from, consistency and smell. Sometimes it smells like rotten skunk and other times like dirt. Also, seems like the odor will "stick to the walls" forever... For a year or so, I'm having to push between my vagina and anus to get the smallest of stool out, but now it won't come out anymore and feels like its just stuck. Then it feels like my intestines flip inside out so I have to stop trying.
ugh. Why?

Brief Answer:
Chronic gastroenteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query,
Have seen your details,
Foul smell of stool is charctersticcfeature of over growth of bad bacteria's and protozoan. They ferment the food causing liberation if gases like hydrogen sulphide and ammonia. Very likely you are suffering from recurrent chronic gastroenteritis due to improper treatment. This has caused chronic inflammation in intestines and therefore stools are sticky due to secretion of mucus from inflamed intestinal walls.
As intestines are inflamed the pigment which gives color to stool bile is not broken down properly causing various colors of stools. Excessive mucous causes the remains of stool to stuck inside rectum.
Treatment
Go to a doctor and get this prescription-
Tablet Rifaximin 550 mg once daily for 14 days(Antibacterial)
Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily 7 days(anti protozoan).
Tab Econorm(probiotic containing saccharomyces) thrice daily.
Cap B complex once daily.
Tab Dicyclomine 10 mg twice(reduce spasm and inflammation)
Follow up after 5 days very likely you would start feeling much better.
If possible go for a stool culture test.
Follow up after 5 days you would feel much better.
Eat light vegetarian food.
Boil water before drinking.
Hope I was helpful
Follow ups are welcome.
Thanks
