I’ve Had Extreme Constipation For Seven Months. When I Do

Question: I’ve had extreme constipation for seven months. When I do have a bowel movement it’s liquid. I had a CT scan today and I have stool stuck in my colon. I’ve done every laxative in the book, even an enema before the scan. I have no appetite and lost 20% of my body fat in a few months. I’m weak, my stomach feels on fire, and I feel pain every time I eat. No doctor (GP, ER, GI) seems concerned and ignores me when I give them a list of my symptoms. I’ve cut out all sugar, gluten, other potential triggering foods. Which has helped with the bloating. I’m trying my best, but what do I do when the doctor isn’t trying at all?
Brief Answer:
Go for Colonoscopy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
You have not mentioned about colonoscopy
Has colonoscopy been ever performed by doctor? It uses a high definition camera to record the moments of intestines. As there is stool stuck in your colon it's essential to rule out the cause of this for example if the intestinal movements are ok,If mucous secretion to lubricate the path is ok.
I would suggest you to go for a colonoscopy to find out the cause of stool impaction.
Hope I was helpful.
