I've Had Irregular Menstrual Cycles In The Past, But Since
Question: I've had irregular menstrual cycles in the past, but since losing weight, I've been regular since February of this year. However, my period was two weeks late for this cycle. I saw a doctor about a week and a half ago for a pregnancy test, which was negative. She also performed a transvaginal ultrasound and said it appeared I hadn't ovulated yet.
I'm confused as to how I could be having a period now if I hadn't ovulated yet a week and a half ago. This period feels no different in symptoms or flow from my normal periods. Is it possible I could be having an anovulatory cycle? If so, is it possible for someone to have regular periods without ovulating? I'm concerned that this is a bad sign for my future fertility.

Brief Answer:
SCAN REPORT?
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
I can understand your situation.
Very difficult to comment on anovulation without scan report.
Which finding helped him to comment so?
Anovulatory cycles can happen in between, but may not be regular basis.
I suggest you to wait for the next cycle and decide upon anovulation if you are not having pcod, thyroid and prolactin issues.
Nothing to worry if it happens at times.
Why are you taking escitilopram ?
Feel free to ask your doubts with more details
Regards
