Question: I’ve had random muscle twitches all over my body for months. They tend to come and go, and move to different places. I’ve had one in my right thigh for a couple days now. It’s only noticeable when I’m sitting, but it’s annoying. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
Dehydration and fatigue may cause it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think that is too serious and doesn't indicate any disease.
I think the muscle twitching you are having may be related to dehydration, exercising in hot weather, working too much, fatigue ,stress, consuming more caffeine at being on diuretic pills.
I think you should keep yourself hydrated having more water, fluids and especially fruits juices. Reduce amount of caffeine.
Lack of sleep and fatigue may contribute to it so you should improve your sleep.
Magnesium and vitamin B complex pills may improve the twitching and relax the nerves and muscles.
