Question: I’ve had such itchiness and redness and intense dryness on my nipples for almost two months. Nothing helps! It’s never happened before

i have not done any workup. I dont have insurance the last time i did a test was a few years ago and everything was normal. theyre like bleeding its hard to see but its so red and cracked. not improved at all. it looks raw

It could be due to dermatitis and you can apply betnovate GM cream (after consulting your treating doctor for the same ).
You can take vitamin E capsules as well and analgesic if pain is persistent.
