Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.
I have gone through the attached report. The test result is indicative of non-pregnant state.
I would like to know if you have always had regular cycles, if you are on any medication, if you have had any recent stress or sudden weight changes.
In the current scenario, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram for clarification and plan further management.
Hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the images sent by you. The preparation is ayurvedic, I presume. The side effects of such preparations are not well understood in allopathic medicine.
However, sudden weight changes are likely to create hormone imbalance and hence menstrual disturbances. This could be the most likely cause of the delay in the cycle.
Once you exclude any pelvic cause for the condition, you can use medication to induce a period.
Hope all your queries have been answered.
Wish you good health.
