Question: Hey there. I've noticed my arms are becoming very patchy with white spot..... any idea what this could be?

It appears to be Pityriasis Versicolor, a superficial fungal infection.
Apply Ketoconazole 2 % lotion twice daily for a month.
Also use ketoconazole soap for bathing.

Thank you for your reply. Would this medication be safe suring pregnancy I'm in the middle of a cycle right now with fertility treatment so I would find out next week if I am or not. Also can this cause any issue if untreated in the case if it's unsafe during pregnancy. Thank you very much.
