Question: I've noticed that I have an inflamed node on the top side of my shaft after sleeping (it is the protrusion most closest to the tip of my middle finger in picture). It is most noticeable when I have an erection after waking, and it covers a small circle about the size of a pea. Also, it is painful to go over when masturbating. It is in on the part of my shaft right before it meets my pubic area. Lastly, it goes away after standing and walking around for about 15 minutes. By the way, I am a stomach sleeper. I feel like sleeping on my stomach is what causes it.

Brief Answer:
Repeat photograph from distance and mark position of lump

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
You have shoot photograph very close hence unable to locate the lump .

Please take photograph from little more distance and mark the location of lump.

Based on the facts that you have stated lump at this site are usually Sebaceous Cyst .However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination in person by a qualified General surgeon .

Genital area is rich in sebaceous glands hence more prone to develop Sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin .Normally these cysts fade away without any treatment however they need to be drained or treated if increase in size .

Expecting your feedback and proper photograph .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I believe this small lump is connected to a blood vessel. and it goes away after walking/standing/sitting for about 20 minutes. It seems to only appear after sleeping on my stomach. It almost seems like a deep vein coming to the surface when it should stay lowered in the center of my shaft. Please assist.
