I've Started To Notice A Postural Tremor In My Right

There's been no development of weakness that I've been able to notice, just this shakiness that only occurs with exertion.
I saw my GP who did a standard clinical neurological exam and said there was nothing remarkable to note, but I'm very worried that this may be the onset of something serious like Parkinson's or ALS; especially since it's only occurring on one side.
I'm 31, Transfemme. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated as this is causing me a great deal of anxiety.
Thank you!
Symptoms are not suggestive of ALS or Parkinson's disease.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, the most likely diagnosis is essential tremors (also known as benign or familial tremors). Usually, essential tremors affect both arms/hands, but it can occur on one side in many patients.
Parkinson's disease (PD) patients have tremors at rest and they disappear on action/posture/activity. They have additional symptoms such as slowness of movements and stiffness of arms. Moreover, PD is rare in people aged 40 or less.
Patients with ALS have thinning of muscles and weakness, which are not there in your case.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
