I've Visited A Doctor Recently On Nov 6th And Got

Brief Answer:
Not likely to be related to the medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached prescription for irregular periods. The medicines given are for the raised prolactin levels and to decrease the hormonal imbalance. The bleeding that has started is not related to the medicines. This can be due to the hormonal disturbance that you're already having. You need to wait and see if the bleeding stops on its own in next few days. In case the bleeding is heavy or continues then do consult your gynecologist for hormonal treatment.
Hope this answer is helpful.
Any follow up queries are always welcome.
