Question: Just found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks.( two weeks after possible conception) Within two weeks after conception I drank alcohol unknowingly while I was pregnant. How bad will the damage be. I haven’t drank anything since finding out.

I read your query and here is my advice.

There is not a certain amount of alcohol allowed during pregnancy. You should not drink any alcohol that early. There is no way to know if the amount of alcohol you consumed may have damaged the baby and how much damage may have done.
Also alcohol consumption that early is no indication for abortion.
Just stop taking anymore and follow the normal , routine, check up of pregnancy.
