Hi Melzy
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
* As per my clinical experience, the current treatment with Valsartan and
Spironolactone is best for your case to protect the kidneys.
* Do pay attention to salt intake, regular exercises along with drug
intake as per advise by your consultant.
* The use of compression stockings can cause problems with peripheral
circulation and deep veins, and hence not recommended unless there
is doppler ultrasound report narrating the problem to do so.
Wish you fine health.
Take care.
