Question: Kind Attn: Dr Diptanshu XXXXXXX

For the past two weeks he has some small prickly heat like rash, blisters in some parts of neck, some in the stomach, chest. Only mild itching. No fever , no other symptoms.
Visibly more immediately after bath. Very little after two hours.
I have not given him any medicine.

We have a organic vegetable garden. My son helps in the garden. Looks like some insect bite. Attached picture. Please have a look and advise.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image. The rashes do not seem concerning. It seems that your child has developed allergic rashes. You may give some antiallergic like Levocetirizine tablet once at night for next 3-5 days. You also need to apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion over those areas. This treatment would also be applicable for the insect bite that you are suspecting.

It might take a few days to recover and so you need to be patient.

Let me know if I could help further.

Thank you Dr for your reply.

The rash gets reduced slowly. But still there. No fever or pain.

I am not sure it is due to insect bite or something else.

Any need to give Atarax Syrup to get over this allergy ?

Please advise Dr.
