Question: Kind of a strange question... So I am a female who doesn't work out her upper body much, but I have very muscular shoulders, arms, and lats. I really dislike the look and I want to let the muscles shrink but I don't know how since I already don't exercise them. Are there any meds I can take, like androgen blockers or something, that would help me lose the unwanted muscle?

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you firstly should consult an endocrinologist checking your levels androgen in body checking adrenal gland an ovaries.
Adrenal issues or polycystic ovaries can cause increased androgen levels in body.
If you have more androgens than normal you need to use antiandrogens.
If your hormones are normal you don't need to use them.
You can limit the carbohydrates and fats and increase exercising just running or cycling but not much upper body workout.
