Brief Answer:
Take vitamin B12 supplement
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Vitamin B12 deficiency may cause the damage of neurons resulting in hearing loss and tinnitus.
In your case, it is lower than normal range.
Normal values are 160 to 950 picograms per milliliter.
So,I recommend to take a vitamin B12 supplement.
As per vitamin D, it should be between 20 and 40 ng/mL.
So, in your case it is on the lowest side of the normal range.
Hope my answer was helpful.
