Kindly Check Them Attached Latest Medical Reports
Both reports mostly normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Regarding Arpitas report, following are found and I have advised accordingly:
- high triglyceride: Its slightly elevated, no medicine needed, take less of fatty foods like cheese, butter, cream, cakes, pastries, etc. Take more of fruits and veggies.
- high HBA1C: Its just over the normal range. Nothing to be worried but keep a regular note (once a week or two weeks) of fasting blood sugar levels with glucometer at home or with laboratory. Avoid sugary foods.
- high Globulin: it could be due to some recent infection or some inflammation.
- low potassium: Have more of high potassium foods like banana, oranges, apricots, raisins, dates, spinach, cucumber.
- low vitamin D: have some daily exposure to sunlight. Take vitamin D supplement (without calcium) like uprise D3 capsule once a week for 8 weeks.
Regarding Shashikant's reports, following are found and I have advised accordingly:
- low albumin: since liver is normal, this can be ignored
- high RBC count and hematocrit: drink lots of clean water and avoid alcohol
