Brief Answer:
Incomplete lbbb

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its sinus rhythm with incomplete LBBB. There are ST depression in I avl and v6. Poor r wave progression.
So, ecg is abnormal and there is possibility of ischemic heart disease versus structural heart disease. So, patient needs further evaluation with echo and angiography or CT coronary angiography depends on echo report.
Prognosis depends on exact cause for these changes and heart function on echo.
So, patient needs further evaluation.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
