Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that there are STT changes in the ecg with slightly broad qrs complex and poor r wave progression in precordial leads. All these are suggestive of cardiac issue.

It’s advisable to get an echo done for proper evaluation.
