Kindly Prescribe Medicine For Anus Pain ?

Question: I have been suffering from Anus Pain for the last 7 days. Also having itching sometimes on the same and burning sensation in anus. My C-Reactive Protein Result- 10.34 & Uric Acid Result - 9.23 . Kindly prescribe medicine also please let me know the reason.

Hi,
I have read your query and understood your concern.
Itching and pain around anus common causes are pin worm infection, fissure or hemorrhoids. I would recommend tablet mebex single dose and repeat dose after 2 weeks. Incase of fissure, consume high fiber food and drink sufficient water to avoid consipation, you could apply anometrogyl gel locally to help with pain and discomfort twice a day. Incase severe itching you could take tablet cetriz 10mg once a day. In view of CRP and uric acid value kindly get an orthopedic opinion to rule out arthritis.
