hey thanks for the question. I am sorry i dont get what pkb is but I do know pbk which is pseudophakic bullpus keratopathy . If you can just help me in this point I would be able to help you better . Secondly if there is significant stromal scarring we can consider a corneal transplantation instead. That would give a better prognosis than anything else . Hope my answer helps you. Regards.
