Question: I'm having one canker sore in my lower tongue for the last 2-3 days. It is a little pain and am also having difficulty having food as well. Kindly suggest medicine to cure.

Thanks for posting your query. Canker sore on tongue I would suggest you to apply mucaine oral gel 15 mins before eating food.

Use dexamethasone mouth wash three times a day.

Take tab. Neurobion forte once tablet after dinner for 30 days.
